Meetings, Minutes & Agendas

The Council's monthly meetings are held in Underwood Community Centre or Bishton Village Hall on the second Wednesday of the month, unless otherwise stated.

Meetings are held at Underwood Community Centre in the conference room, accessible through the side-door with exception to every THIRD meeting of the year taking place at Bishton Village Hall. Please confirm the venue on the agenda prior to the meeting you wish to attend as it is subject to change.

Access to meetings will also be available online over Zoom, please contact the Clerk for login details should you wish to attend via Zoom; Clerk@bishton.org.uk

The Zoom details do not change so once you have access you can use that same login information to access future meetings.

Members of the public are very welcome to attend Council meetings but are advised that comments / questions are only accepted during the public participation period which is limited to 20 Minutes. To ensure the best answer members of public should contact The Clerk with their questions at least 5 days prior to the meeting.

All Minutes are in draft format until approved at the next Council Meeting.
